Returns

We hope that you are very happy with your order but if for any reason you have had a change of heart you can return your order to us, complete with original packaging, within 14 days.  We will ensure that you receive a full refund, less postage costs, within 30 days of receipt of your package.

If you are returning your order because we have made a mistake or the goods were received in a faulty condition we will of course give you a full refund plus all postage costs.

Please contact customer@naturopthyforliving.co.uk to let us know you will be returning your order and the reason why. We will then supply you with the return address.
