The inspiration to collate a range of products to support a naturopathic lifestyle came out of a desire to share that naturopathy is more than sitting in a consultation room with a practitioner. It is about the everyday choices you make around self care which ultimately gives you control over your health.

I recommend many of the products featured in the store in my own clinic and enjoy using them at home.  Each has been chosen to compliment your self care needs, on the outside as well as the inside, and is sympathetic to naturopathic philosophy which is rooted in an honest, ethical and natural way of living.
